We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in the city center of Warsaw, and we were extremely impressed with our experience here. The location of this place was fantastic, with excellent transport routes right outside the front door, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. We were pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel had an array of amenities and services. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service, from the cleaners up to the desk clerks. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and in-room breakfast service. The hotel also had a wonderful restaurant and bar area, where we enjoyed delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The spa and wellness center was a relaxing retreat, offering various treatments and facilities such as a sauna and jacuzzi. our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The room was new-fashioned for 2 adults+2 kids and had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV.

The place provides reasonable prices. Picture perfect hotel, it has great views and amazing location near center.

The staff is pleasant, the breakfast delicious, the ocation is unbeatable adjacent to old town, the train station and downtown and close to the train station. Its rooms are immaculate, had a very nice stay in this perfectly located hotel with very friendly and professional staff.

We loved the prime location and excellent staff at this hotel. The air conditioning was effective, the rooms and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and included a variety of options, from fruit juices and smoothies to hot pancakes, bacon, and sausages. The hotel's historic character and the view from our window added to the overall experience. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, making our visit exceptional.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the train and bus stations. There were also currency exchange shops nearby, which made it convenient for travelers. Additionally, there was a shopping mall within a 10-minute walk, offering a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. the breakfast at the hotel was definitely a highlight, with a lot of choices, including desserts and sparkling wine. I especially enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable bed.

One downside was that there was no mini bar in the room and it couldn't be restocked upon request. Additionally, the lack of room service late at night was a disappointment, as there were no alternatives or solutions provided.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was good.

Excellent service, outstanding food and incredible location adjacent to the old town and city centre and major public transportation hubs and tram line. Srodmiescie district won't disappoint you.

The hotel is located in a central location, near to the train station and the tram stop is right outside the door, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are well-decorated, comfortable, and have plenty of storage. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of hot and cold food with fresh omelettes made to order.

The hotel lacks some modern amenities and is not as luxurious as other 4-star hotels.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape at the hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly special. the location couldn't have been better, as we were just a stone's throw away from all the key attractions and shopping centers. Plus, the hotel's restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices.

The grand entrance is adorned with tall palm trees leading to airy marble staircases which give access to spacious, serene bedrooms equipped with coffee makers. The dining area offers a delicious, visually pleasing, and well-priced business lunch accompanied by an extensive breakfast spread comprising champagne, gluten-free bread, shot of vodka. The attentive and helpful staff adds value to the stay while the convenient location provides easy access to the metro station.
